The many times I came into CB,
And found myself with no one to talk to
no one to relate to there was my dearest friend Lara.
After all the times that Dougie Messed things up for himself
Lara was still there right by my side.
She helped me through some really hard times and never passed judgment on me.
And without a doubt there are many, Many other people that would say the same.
Lara was one of those people who was liked by everyone.
Thinking about Lara not being there anymore is hard to do. But one thing we will always have is our memories of this fine lady.
And the fact that she will be with each
and every one of us for forever and a day, makes it a little easier to except the fact.
Lara, you were loved by many, Missed by us all,
and may you watch over us till we meet again.
I love you Lara and will forever~!

I write this in memory of my dear friend,Lara...
I have known her for almost 3 years
and was not long enough but I treasure the time I did have.
A friend like Lara you do not find just around the corner..
it is a gift and a treasure of unspeakable wealth.
And because of this I am truly a rich woman...
Did you ever see a small red star in the night sky ??
Well when I see that star from now on ..
I know that its Lara shining down on me.....

Have you ever seen a book that caught your eye for some reason, and just felt you had to pick it up and read it?
Maybe the title was interesting or you heard something good about it, whatever.
But you start reading the book and it's so involving, with plot twists, ups and downs, surprises everywhere and never a dull moment?
One that could make you feel a myriad of emotions chapter by chapter, mad one, sad the other but laughing mostly, and always make you think?
And then suddenly, you've reached the end, a great ride right up until the very disappointing end, and feel cheated, wishig for just a little more to read and absorb?
That would pretty much describe knowing Lara.
Acomplex plot, but always interesting, a wonderful story that ended far too quickly with an ending that leaves you wanting more.
Lara had been reading a story I had been writing, and one of her favorite characters was an angel named Gabrielle.
Lara always said she liked the character because she was a strong willed woman, willing to stand up for what she believed in, fight for what she thought was right. She was also caring and compassionate, a soft side equalling out the hard edge.
Lara would say she always wanted to be like her...I think she was closer to being that then she ever realized.
You got your chance to be a real angel, Red... Make us all proud.
Oh yeah....Maggie had a song that she felt summed Lara up. Me too, her favorite one.

eh maggie..i'm not sure what exactly what you want..i can be poetic at times.....but not right now unfortunately...i can say a few things....use what you want =)




I'll always miss Lara and the temper she had that matched her flaming hair. I'll miss the way she always copped a tude
that made me laugh.
I'll miss the way she used to role play with me, she was so good at it
and always helped me out with my characters.
I'll miss her friendship most of all and she'll always be in my heart.
She was taken away from us way too soon and even by the thing we think is so minute..a simple cold.
Though it was posessed and took one of our great friends away from us. Take things more seriously, but not to the point that you don't enjoy life. It's all we have.
I swear, I don't think I can go through losing anybody else, but I also understand it's a part of life and it happens. Sometimes it's our own fault,
concequeces for the things we do and sometimes it just isn't fair and it's taken from us,
as if some force sneaks up on us when we least expect it and takes our last breath before we even know what's happening.
And then we're gone.

GOD SAW YOU
God saw you getting tired
and a cure was not to be,
So he put his arms around you
and whispered, "Come to Me."
With tearful eyes we watched you,
and saw you pass away,
And though we loved you dearly,
we could not make you stay.
A golden heart stopped beating,
hard working hands at rest.
God broke our hearts to prove to us,
He only takes the best.

This touched me when my ma in law passed away, I thought of it this morning again when I heard about Lara. Maybe because Lara offered an ear to listen if i needed one... she gave me her number and times that she was home in case i needed a shoulder to cry on.....
She was an angel even in her time on earth, and I will miss her dearly
